Reservations
Reservations can be made by e-mail or by phone. Please read about what kind of rooms we offer before you contact us.

Reservations by e-mail
Please send us the following information: date of arrival, date of departure, which hostel you prefer, number of persons, what kind of room you'd like to reserve, your name and telephone numer. For us to to be able to process your booking we will also need your 16 digit credit card number with it´s expiry date. We will send a confirmation to the e-mail address that appear as sender, unless the sender expresses other wishes in the e-mail.

Reservations by phone
We have a 24Hrs phone service, please contact us +46 (0) 18 24 20 08. 

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of beds / rooms in the hotel or the hostels, please inform us before 6 pm. the night before arrival. (Otherwise we will charge one night.)
